Shipping Policy for PRINTS
Our goal is to keep shipping costs down for both of us, getting as close as possible to the shipper's cost. PRINTS are light in weight and easy to ship. Most are shipped flat, protected by firm backings and extra front protection. Larger prints, 14 x 18 inches and up, may come in mailing tubes.

For purchases over $150.00 (before tax), please contact us. We might be able to ship them in one package, or need larger envelopes or boxes. I want to get an exact quote from the shipper, so you are fairly charged.
PICKUP LOCALLY IN OKLAHOMA CITY: We have a safe public place nearby for you to pick up your order. No shipping charges will be applied. We do have to charge our local sales tax of 8.625%. Contact us, and only come to pick up an order after confirmation for the time and location. Bring order verification and an ID. Pay for the order on our cart page. Orders can be ready in 1 to 4 business days. (This same policy applies to original oil paintings, too.)
Shipping Policy for ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS
WHY ARE MOST OF THE ORIGINAL PAINTINGS SOLD UNFRAMED? I would love to sell you my quality frames so the paintings look their best, and I have access to great ones, as an artist. Most paintings look their best in 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 inch wide frames. Doubling this to 9 -11 extra inches in addition to the painting's canvas size, will give you the FRAMED size in length and height.
THE COSTS AND RISKS OF SHIPPING FRAMED ARTWORK: The problems with shipping framed artwork are obvious. The additional size and weight due to adding a frame, plus adequate protective padding and larger, heavier boxes will often double (or more) the shipping cost and greatly increases the risk for shipping damages. It will also greatly raise the shipping insurance rates, too. Therefore, you usually will be better off buying the unframed painting, and buying a 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 inch wide frame, yourself. Very large paintings with a canvas size of 24 x 30 inches look best in frames at least 6 to 7 1/2 inches wide. NOTE: I do offer a few smaller paintings that say that a frame is included at no extra charge, but shipping will cost more. This is because the frames are customized with that painting's title plate already attached to that frame. Please contact me about those. I can send a photo of the framed painting to you.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: Please contact me about your personal shipping cost and insurance quote, before ordering. Both are determined by price, size and weight of the boxed artwork. Each one requires a custom box for protection. Shipping insurance is needed to cover damage risks or loss. It usually runs about 10% of the untaxed painting price. A ballpark amount for the actual shipping is also about 10% of the painting cost. I will have to box the artwork and take it to the shipper for an exact quote, so you will get a fair price. I will purchase the insurance, and you can reimburse me for that, plus items, tax and shipping. The order will not be charged until we discuss your estimate, and will not be shipped until we receive full payment. Insurance must be for the full retail price of the artwork.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS: Returns and refunds are accepted only after an order is paid for and we have received full payment. Credit and debit card fees, and other payment fees, were covered by us in your purchase price, but are not refundable due to our payment provider's policy. They usually run from about 3% to 4.3% (in 2025). There may also be a chargeback fee of $15 ($20 for Pay Pal), also due to our provider's policy. Artwork must be returned in undamaged original condition within 30 days.
NOTE: I have 100% customer satisfaction, and have never had anything returned. Please be aware that the screen you view any artwork on can alter the colors. We go to great lengths to accurately photo the paintings, as they are used to make prints or jury into art shows, too. We have no control, and are not responsible for the colors you see on any given device. Some newer devices tailor their screens more for gaming than accurate colors, oversaturating/intensifying the colors. My colors are described as natural and livable. INSURANCE: The buyer is responsible for paying shipping and shipping insurance, both for the original shipping to them, and for returns to us, if artwork is returned. Please return artwork in original packaging, unless it was damaged in shipping. This reduces costs for both of us. Insurance must be for the full retail purchase price.
